At this year’s “Composite Convention” with over 450 participants, the FAUSST technology was able to convince the jury and was awarded with the second prize of the Innovation Award. During the event in Stade, the 3000 € award was handed to CEO Dr. Lars Molter by representatives of CFK Valley e.V., Carbon Composites e.V. and the City of Stade. This means that the technology originally developed for the maritime sector has now also been visibly recognised in other sectors. Hyconnect GmbH was founded in Hamburg in June 2018. The aim is to promote the use of lightweight construction with the FAUSST joining technology. By using a special technical textile, complex processes and costly certifications can be avoided. This enables the use of lightweight construction for more sustainable products.
